Amyx is seeking to hire a Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to oversee and manage the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Registration and Operations Support contract at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) facility in Battle Creek, MI. This position will ensure all task order requirements are completed and executed by the team, and will work directly with the DLA Program Manager to ensure that all aspects of this contracts are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for supporting all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Direct the contractor resource team and review work products for completeness and accuracy to meet customer requirements
- Provide communication to the CAGE PMO, COR and the COTR to review project plans, status reports, and deliverables
- Develop overall project milestones and monitor the execution of the project against planned timelines

ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite of Tools, variety of applications and online tools
Qualifications:Required:
- Must have a Project Management certification (PMP or other recognized certification)
- Must have 5 years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the publix and/or private section in Customer Service, IT and/or consulting fields.
- Must have a BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience
- Must possess an IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
- Must possess a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification of IAM Level III or higher
Desired:
- Previous DLA experience preferred
- Previous experience managing Government task orders preferred
