We are in need of an exceptional Recruiter to join our Global People Team. This role will have the opportunity to scale global recruiting processes as well as own the roadmap for candidate experience and will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Our ideal candidate will have come from a Fintech or Technology/Software company and have start-up experience.  They must be tech savvy and have versatile recruiting experience and knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent. This person must be able to facilitate full cycle recruiting, including source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, referrals, manage the candidate experience, quarterly goals, and partner with hiring managers effectively to create the recruiting strategy for each role and meet hiring needs. Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid

Job Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the Global People Team and Hiring Managers to develop an extraordinary candidate experience both throughout the interview process as well as onboarding new hires. 

Develop and execute on sourcing strategies aimed at generating a pipeline of top candidates for a variety of roles both technical and non-technical.

Engage and cultivate relationships with candidates while assisting throughout the interviewing/hiring process.

Identify potential candidates through intricate searches, sourcing tools, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, etc.

Conduct pre-screens, efficiently move candidates through our process, ensure excellent candidate experience and ultimately negotiate and close offers to new hires.

Drive recruiting-focused company branding and visibility via social networks, job posting optimization, and innovative campaigns.

Advocate and optimize for a data-driven recruiting approach.

Own end to end logistics of recruitment process from posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters to a seamless onboarding experience.

Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

Assist with Global People Operations projects and initiatives

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant recruiting experience.

Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. 

Latam recruiting experience required including Mexico/Colombia/Brazil (Global recruiting experience preferred)

Experience recruiting in both a startup environment and mid to large sized stable organization preferred

Able to work independently with limited supervision 

Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments.

Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, including working with local and remote hiring managers, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline progress.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Lever specifically a plus!

Excellent communication skills;  highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of candidates and management.
