We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our AI Workforce Enablement product within our Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. In this role, you’ll define strategy, drive innovation and discovery, and deliver results for one of our most impactful product areas — creating secure, scalable AI solutions that help our global workforce work smarter and more efficiently.
You'll bring transformative AI solutions to life, build and drive the roadmap of employee facing AI assistive tools, and influence how teams operate across the organization.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Own Product Strategy: Define and lead AI product strategy that aligns with enterprise goals, responsible AI principles, and drives measurable impact.
- Drive Discovery & Insights: Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to uncover opportunities and prioritize high-value initiatives.
- Lead Product Delivery: Ensure successful, value-driven delivery across teams, manage dependencies, and champion agile practices.
- Measure & Optimize: Track product performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously evolve the product to meet enterprise needs.
- Engage & Influence: Partner with leaders across all levels to align on goals, communicate strategy, and share results. Educate and consult with Principal teams on AI best practices, use cases, and tooling.
- Mentor & Shape Culture: Support and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices to foster a strong, high-performing product culture.

Who You Are:- 6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
- 3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders managing multiple products
- Proven success in defining product strategy, managing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes across multiple teams.
- Strong strategic decision-making skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Ability to leverage customer, user, and partner data and insights to drive product decisions
- Experience coaching and mentoring others in a professional setting

We’ll consider talent at the next level (Sr Product Manager 2) with the right experience and skills.
Work Environments
This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC. Relocation support may be considered as part of the offer package.
Travel
For candidates located outside of Des Moines, IA, occasional travel to our Des Moines corporate offices will be required.
