Social Media & Content Creator at MeUndies Recruiting

We’re looking for a creative, scrappy, and culture-obsessed social media/content creator to own our organic presence across platforms. This isn’t a “just manage the calendar” job; we need someone who can roll up their sleeves to concept, shoot, edit, and publish content that connects in real time, while also building scalable strategies that grow our brand community past 1M followers.

What You'll Do

• Drive the social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — growing reach, engagement, and community.
• Make content happen: shoot, edit, and publish social-first videos and visuals that are timely, entertaining, and on-brand.
• Tap into culture: identify and activate around trends, cultural moments, and memes before they peak.
• Build a social engine: create a repeatable content model that scales, balancing quick-turn posts with bigger campaign storytelling.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on paid + organic synergies.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to make sure assets are platform-perfect and fresh.
• Work with Influencer Marketing to align on creator-led content that fuels engagement and growth.
• Oversee publishing, boosting, and analytics — report on what’s working and iterate fast.
• Develop a strong community management strategy in partnership with CX, keeping our brand voice sharp and consistent.
• Manage budget and resources across activations, shoots, and partnerships.

What You Have

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management.
• Hands-on content creation chops: you’re comfortable filming/editing with an iPhone, CapCut, Premiere, etc.
• A proven track record of building and engaging communities, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• A passion for storytelling, with a strong POV on how brands can show up in culture.
• Experience leading and mentoring at least one direct report.
• Knowledge of social best practices, trends, and tools.
• Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset — you can juggle multiple projects and still move fast

The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$124,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
