Do you have the strategic mindset and storytelling talent to shape what our executives and Board see? Walmart eCommerce is looking for a Senior Manager, Executive Analytics & Strategy to lead our most critical, high-stakes analytics workstreams.
In this role, you’ll serve as the key analytics advisor and execution lead for Board presentations, MSMs, and other leadership-driven ad hoc initiatives. You’ll manage a portfolio of fast-moving strategic analysis, partner across eCommerce leadership, and guide analysts to deliver insights with clarity, impact, and urgency. This role requires someone who is both analytically sharp and executive-ready—with a strong voice, business acumen, and design instincts.

You’ll make an impact by:
· Leading strategic, ad hoc analytics – Own and drive high-profile analytical workstreams for the eCommerce leadership, delivering insights that feed directly into Board materials and top-level discussions.
· Owning executive deliverables – Build and oversee the creation of MSM decks, Board updates, and cross-functional briefing documents with polished visuals and a clear point of view.
· Coaching and directing analytics teams – Guide a distributed team of analysts and partners to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality work under tight timelines.
· Elevating data storytelling – Translate complex analysis into compelling, decision-ready narratives for senior audiences.
· Serving as a trusted partner to leadership – Proactively shape the analytical lens for leadership topics, acting as a thought partner on strategic initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
