Now, we’re seeking a marketing leader who can amplify our story – someone who can turn vision into buzz and spotlight our transformative work and client projects that will drive growth and our next chapter to impact places and communities. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Be the Voice of Streetsense

  • Develop and lead a marketing strategy that amplifies the business and sharpens the competitive edge.
  • Champion the Streetsense brand across our core lines of business.
  • Ensure consistency and authenticity in everything we publish, from press releases to social posts to game changing thought leadership.

Brand & Content Management

  • Oversee Streetsense’s brand identity, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints.
  • Guide the creation of content that showcases our work, including case studies, proposals, presentations, thought leadership, social media, and press.
  • Lead our digital presence, including website, email, and social channels with a focus on engagement and impact.
  • Support internal culture-building and employee communications in partnership with leadership.

Campaigns & Visibility

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that set us apart in the marketplace.
  • Elevate Streetsense’s presence through speaking engagements, awards, sponsorships, and partnerships. 
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts to help attract top talent to Streetsense.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Define KPIs, measure performance, and report insights to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging platforms to keep Streetsense ahead of the curve. 

Team & Resource Management

  • Collaborate with internal Agency resources and external partners/vendors to maximize impact.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within professional services, real estate, design, or creative agency sectors.
  • Proven success in building brand presence and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing and presentation skills. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing, analytics, and content platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
