Job Description
- Expertise in managing and troubleshooting with a strong focus on performance optimization, backup/restore, data replication, and stored procedure development
- Delivering end-to-end technical support including incident management, root cause analysis, API testing, code deployment, and production issue resolution within strict SLAs
- Strong ability to provide PROD support while ensuring effective communication and quick turnaround for critical issues
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal communication/collaboration skills and ability to manage user/vendor/customer and to work with cross functional teams
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for tech solutioning and bottlenecks removal
- Ability to assess the impact of production issues & escalate to relevant technology partners and get it resolved at the earliest during extremely time critical regulatory commitments
- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & in a time sensitive environment
- Preferred: Has an understanding of finance/accounting domain
