As Transformation Manager (m/f/d) OPEX and Digitalisation, You actively shape the change in our world-scale operations and become the architect of our digital production future. In this exciting position as a member of the operations management team, You develop innovative solutions at the interface between people, technology, data, and software. Your ideas and commitment will significantly contribute to taking our operational excellence to the next level through data-driven improvements.

In addition to our diverse benefits, a full-time position offers you an attractive starting salary ranging from €104,800 to €127,100 per year, plus a variable component. Your starting salary will be determined based on your qualifications and professional experience.

Your mission: Drive change

  • You integrate improvement approaches from the current OPEX operational analysis and from ongoing projects such as MES and SAP S/4HANA migration with new IT approaches like AI and digital maintenance

  • From this, You develop a digital OPEX roadmap for the site focusing on production process support

  • As a change driver, You significantly shape the transformation process through targeted information, communication, and leadership

  • You create the foundation for data-driven process control and decision-making in the production area

  • Together with the team, You develop operational performance management towards a culture of continuous improvement in the areas of availability, yield, and efficiency

  • You support the production areas in applying Operational Excellence methods such as Lean Six Sigma

  • You represent site interests in cross-functional digitalization projects and committees and actively drive the harmonization of the digital process landscape in exchange with other sites

With this profile You will convince us

  • You have a bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or natural sciences with a strong operational focus or comparable qualification (master's degree or MBA is an advantage)

  • You have relevant knowledge in operations in a management and leadership role, ideally with both production and technical perspectives

  • You bring solid experience in OPEX tools such as the implementation of MES systems and operational digitalization as well as expertise in operating production-related IT (network structures, application concepts, and database systems) and experience with Industry 4.0 technologies / connected systems

  • You have practical knowledge and experience in designing and implementing significant change processes in production environments (change management)

  • Motivating people and driving change are among Your excellent abilities and strengths

  • Proven project management skills and experience in site-wide collaboration distinguish You

  • Fluent German and English skills complete Your profile
