Warehouse Clerk – Bensenville, IL
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented to support daily warehouse operations. You’ll work with customer orders, shipping documents, and our warehouse management system (Extensiv).
What You’ll Do
- Receive and process customer orders in Extensiv (billing, carrier, instructions).
- Review order status, confirm serial numbers, and update shipping details.
- Upload and manage documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists).
- Check in drivers, assign dock doors, and track shipments until delivery.
- Assist customer service with inbound receipts and putaway details.
- Close out orders and update charges in the system.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or order processing.
- Comfortable with warehouse software (Extensiv a plus).
- Strong attention to detail — especially with documents and serial numbers.
- Reliable, organized, and a good communicator.
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Pay based on experience.
