Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Energy Department as Assessors & Quality Assurance Inspectors. In this role, you will visit homes, talk with residents, and help identify ways to make homes safer, more comfortable, and more energy efficient. The focus of this position is to work directly with Korean-speaking communities in Los Angeles.
No prior experience is necessary � we will provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit homes to assess energy efficiency needs.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating home energy services.
  • Document inspections and prepare simple reports.
  • Educate families about energy-saving programs and benefits.
  • Ensure safety and program guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Korean (spoken and written).
  • High School Diploma or GED or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
  • Valid driver�s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
  • Willingness to complete paid training.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during inspections.
  • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to see clearly up close and adjust focus.
