Under the supervision of the assigned Administrator, the Instructional Program Secretary assists the Administrator in the daily operation of the school site by performing a variety of complex and responsible secretarial support functions. The Instructional Program Secretary performs responsible school office/program support functions in the day-to-day operations of a the program/school administration office; performs typing, filing, receptionist and record-keeping assignments; is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and processing of school and student records and provides basic health assistance for students; and does related work as required.
