- Handle all calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for customers as needed.
- Daily, call customers to confirm service appointments.
- Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.
- Schedule appointments when special order parts arrive.
- Make outbound calls to customers who have not had their service done, timely to schedule a service appointment.
- Make outbound calls to customers who declined recommended services in an effort to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling a service appointment.
- Make other miscellaneous calls to customers g them back to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling service appointments.
- Refer positive and negative feedback to appropriate channels.
- Keep work areas clean and neat.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on company’s needs.
- One-year customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
