Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The student recruiting work study supports coaches in all aspects of student-athlete recruitment, including identifying potential student-athletes, creating information on prospects, and fostering communication between potential athletes and the current staff. 

Transferable Skills: Organization, leadership, time management. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Accessing and using recruiting database(s) to identify potential prospects, researching meet results, creating written and social media opportunities for communication. 
 

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) Applicants should have a background in competitive swimming, computer and writing skills, and working with coaching staff as well as peers.
