BayCare Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Manitowoc, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is 24 hours per week, with typical hours between Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Clinic:

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 20+ specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base.  Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Practice:

Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is a rapidly growing, high-volume practice, providing expert care while offering diagnoses, treatment and rehabilitation for bone, joint and connective tissue disorders. Located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin across from Lake Michigan, our new state of the art facility has dedicated procedure rooms, diagnostic imaging, regenerative medicine, and multiple treatment options for all.

The Job:

  • Works primarily in our phone room to answers phones, take messages, and route calls when necessary.
  • Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
  • Schedules patient appointments.
  • Performs general office duties.
  • Respects and maintains confidentiality.
  • Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school education or equivalent. 
  • Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant is appropriate.
  • Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
  • Must possess strong desktop computer skills.
  • Experience with Epic is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
