Investigation & Compliance Specialist - Grade 6 - Salary - £39,276 - £42,771pa
Details of the job:
- Investigating complex complaints
- Some involvement in handling FOI, EIR and SAR's
- Producing high-quality, customer-focused responses
- Advising on Data Protection, GDPR, and information governance
- Managing cases referred to the Local Government and Housing Ombudsman
- Identifying service improvements and promoting best practice
We are looking for a candidate with skills in:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in complaint resolution or information governance (or a willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, impartial, and empathetic approach
- Familiarity with legislation such as FOI, DPA, and GDPR is a plus
