As Sr. IT Project Manager, you’ll provide executive-level program management support and strategic alignment to the customer's initiatives and strategic plan. The successful candidate will serve as an Agile Scrum Master and DevSecOps coordinator, driving the implementation of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) objectives and ensuring successful integration of intelligence mission systems. The successful candidate will deliver critical oversight of program schedules, cybersecurity processes, and modernization efforts while producing high-level briefings and decision-support analyses for senior leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and update master schedules across all PaaS projects, track critical path risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee cybersecurity lifecycle activities, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, Xacta project maintenance, and coordination with ISSO/ISSE teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Red Hat, Greymatter, and EKS PMO to document roadmaps, manage change requests, and ensure accurate program documentation and governance.
  • Participate in working groups, guide architectural updates, and provide executive-level reporting and briefings to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in program or project management supporting large-scale cloud or platform programs, ideally within a DevSecOps or Agile environment.
  • Strong skills in schedule development and maintenance using Microsoft Project or similar enterprise scheduling tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and cybersecurity lifecycle management.
  • Ability to perform critical path analysis and develop schedule risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple stakeholders (e.g., Red Hat, Greymatter, EKS PMO).
  • Familiarity with change management processes and documentation practices in complex technical environments.

SALARY RANGE:  $150,000 - $209,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
