Role and Responsibilities- Working knowledge of operation of different types of process equipment
- Using proper raw material and dividing correct amount into pie line
- Responsible for quality of products, ensuring that the correct amounts of good quality raw dough is used
- Responsible for keeping up with dough being dropped into pie line
- Working knowledge of all sanitary practices as they pertain to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and equipment washouts
- Coordinate and communicate with Dough personnel to successfully transfer product to the pie line for dividing
- Assist in cleaning, maintaining and inventory of raw material storage areas including work area
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- The employee understands the importance of food safety- Legality, Safety, Quality and Authenticity of the product. Any issues noticed or suspected of be brought to the attention of management immediately.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
