Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed DVM in good standing in the state of Texas

• Emergency experience preferred (but mentorship available for motivated GPs or new grads)

• Comfortable working overnight shifts and some weekends

• Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills

• Calm, compassionate, and capable under pressure

• Committed to collaborative medicine and community care
