Our goal is to create a culture where everyone feels a deep sense of belonging and is empowered to be an agent of change, with the ability to transform themselves, their workplace, and their world.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our Product & Engineering organization. Reporting directly to the VP of P&E Operations, this is a unique, high-impact role operating at the intersection of internal transformation and external product delivery. You will be responsible for two critical initiatives: spearheading our internal AI adoption to amplify the productivity of our technical teams, and owning program delivery for a major product area to ensure its commercial success.
The ideal candidate is a master of cross-functional collaboration, comfortable driving both strategic change and complex product launches. You are an adept communicator who can speak the language of engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams, and you know how to translate ambitious goals into actionable plans and measurable results.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will divide your focus between two core pillars:
1. AI Transformation & Enablement
Manage the execution of our AI transformation program roadmap to integrate AI-powered tools and workflows within our P&E teams
Be the internal champion for AI tools. Build relationships with teams and leaders to identify pain points that AI can solve. Create documentation. Help build a community of practice where teams can share insights and successes.
Partner with senior leaders and team members across Engineering, Product, and Design to identify high-impact use cases and remove barriers to adoption.
Collect data and build tracking mechanisms to measure the direct impact of AI on key metrics like team velocity, code quality, and overall productivity.
2. Product Program Leadership
Own the end-to-end program management for a core product area, ensuring a predictable and successful delivery cadence.
Serve as the central point of contact, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and customer-facing teams (Technical Account Managers, Sales, Support) to align on goals and timelines.
Define, track, and drive key program metrics and business KPIs, providing clear communication and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage the release readiness process, ensuring new features are high-quality, well-documented, and that our sales and support teams are fully enabled for launch.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet our high bar for quality.
Your Background & Technical Skills
Proven success as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment, leading complex, cross-functional programs.
Direct experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and their practical application in software development or business processes. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should be familiar with, and love using, modern AI automation tools.
Experience managing the full software development lifecycle and go-to-market (GTM) readiness for product launches. Experience working as, or closely with Technical Account Managers is a plus.
Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and experience adapting processes to meet the needs of a scaling organization.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, identify risks, and measure program success. Adept at using modern data platforms such as Amplitude, SQL databases (e.g., Snowflake), or similar tools to access and analyze data.
Experience with change management or adoption of new technology.
