Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Business Insights Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in turning complex business and financial data into clear, compelling presentations that drive decision-making across operations, banking partners, and investment stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, industry knowledge (solar/renewable energy preferred), and the ability to craft executive-ready presentations on demand.

A successful candidate must be able to:

• Analyze operational, financial, and market data to generate meaningful insights for leadership.

• Develop polished, executive-level presentations for a variety of audiences, including:

  • Internal operations reviews

  • Banking and lender updates

  • Investor and private equity presentations

• Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to understand key priorities and translate them into clear narratives.

• Build models, dashboards, and visualizations that track company performance and highlight trends.

• Maintain a library of presentation materials and reporting templates to support quick turnaround requests.

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of data presented to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, corporate finance, investor relations, consulting, or strategic reporting.

• Industry knowledge in solar, energy, or distribution/supply chain strongly preferred.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Strong financial modeling and data storytelling ability.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to adapt content to different audiences (executives, banks, investors).

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
