A leading digital streaming network seeks a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will support financial planning and analysis by managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting for development projects, while collaborating with team members in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support planning function for overhead and development, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
- Analyze operating expenses and assist with variance explanations between actuals, budget, and forecasts.
- Maintain and manage master data for development term deals and projects
- Prepare development reserve reconciliations and related journal entries
- Contribute to various ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required
- Entertainment industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience in Oracle, Cognos, TM1, SAP, BW Reports is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
