Responsibilities:
- Support in day-to-day HR operations / overall support of the employees at the locations in southern Germany in operational matters
- You take on tasks and small HR projects independently
- Independent preparation of presentations and reports
- Support with collective bargaining and employment law measures
- Support with cooperation with authorities and associations
Requirements:
- You are currently studying business administration, social sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
- You find human resources topics exciting and interesting
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You also have good knowledge of MS Office applications
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
Additional information:
- You work 2-3 days a week for 15-20 hours
