We’re looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our Client Services team! In this senior role, you’ll be at the heart of managing our most important client relationships, ensuring every project or campaign we deliver exceeds expectations.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management, driving revenue growth while keeping both clients and contractors happy. You’ll also lead a virtual, cross-functional team across the division, coordinating efforts to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
What that means day to day
Acts as the main point of contact for high-value or strategic clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Understands the client's business goals and ensures services align with their needs
Monitoring effectiveness and adjusting where required to ensure delivery of the plan
Set targets and key performance indicators, communicating this clearly and meeting with the wider team regularly to assess performance against these KPI’s
Maintain strong market knowledge, including competitor and regulatory activity, to ensure threats and opportunities are quickly identified
What you’ll need to be successful
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who excels at building strong relationships and expanding existing client accounts. You’ll be a confident communicator and negotiator, able to influence and inspire at all levels, with proven experience in project management and delivering complex initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing and executing strategic account plans to hit ambitious targets, implementing KPI and performance management frameworks, and ensuring smooth operational delivery. Above all, you thrive on setting clear expectations and keeping stakeholders aligned and satisfied.
