Job Title: Maintenance Parts Driver

Job Summary: The Maintenance Parts Driver is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of maintenance parts and supplies to various locations. This role involves driving company vehicles to transport parts, maintaining accurate records of deliveries, and assisting in the organization and inventory of the maintenance parts warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver maintenance parts and supplies to designated locations.
• Load and unload parts, ensuring secure and efficient handling of all items.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures or receipts from recipients.
• Assist in the organization and inventory management of the maintenance parts warehouse.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and other departments to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during deliveries and while handling parts.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

• Primarily driving and delivering parts, with some time spent in the maintenance parts warehouse.
• May require working in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy parts and supplies.
• Prolonged periods of driving and standing.
