Clearwater Credit union is now accepting applications for a full-time Real Estate Loan Officer in Butte, MT. We're looking for an outgoing, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Loan Officer. This position is responsible for helping members with their home lending needs and being a resource for information.
 
 Position Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work within precise standardized guidelines
• Strong decision-making skills
• Close attention to detail
• Reliable team player
• Knowledge of Conventional and Government loans
• Knowledge of real estate law and secondary market guidelines
• Proven record of effective networking and business development
• 2+ years of experience in lending
