IATA Corporate services (CS) encompassCorporate Finance, Treasury and Tax, Financial Planning& Analysis (FP&A), Global Finance Operations,Corporate Risk and Compliance, Corporate Administration and Procurementactivities.

The Senior Manager FP&A plays a key leadership role in overseeing the financial management ofsome line of business within the Products and Services Division. This position willbe reporting to the Head of FP&A partnering and will join a team of four.

What your day would be like

The Senior Manager FP&A plays a key role in ensuring financialpriorities are delivered and aligns with the ambitions of Corporate Services, supportingthe successful delivery of IATA’s strategy and Board-monitored objectives.

In this role you will ensure successfuldelivery of the following key activities:

• Ensure financial planning and analysis practices are executed in a global, agile, efficient and business-oriented manner
• Lead the forecasting, budgeting and three-year planning processes in close collaboration with your assigned Line of Business
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with Line of business leaders, offering proactive financial guidance and performance oversight
• Provide expert financial analysis and support for complex business cases, project evaluations and long-term financial planning
• Enhance the quality and impact of financial insights delivered to stakeholders - offering forward-looking data driven analysis grounded in key drivers and assumptions – to support decision making
• Collaborate with Business Data & Analytics peers within Corporate Services to ensure the division’s data & analytics needs are met
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives (via CIP – continuous improvement program), focusing on operational efficiency, process optimizing and the adoption of best practices across the organization

We would love to hear from you if

• Minimum10 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning within a multinational organization
•  Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and provide proactive financial insights that influence decision-making
•  A University degree in Finance or Accounting
•  Proficiency in tools like Power BI and the ability to deliver data-driven, forward-looking analysis. Tec- savvy mindset
•  Ability to build trust with stakeholders and translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
•  Fluent in English
