What’s the role?

You’ll be stepping into a role where relationships matter and impact is everything. As a Private Banker, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients—people who expect more than just banking. You’ll be their trusted partner, connecting them to tailored solutions across lending, wealth, and beyond. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, and it’s designed for someone who’s ready to take ownership, collaborate deeply, and make every client feel like your only client.

What do I need?

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to take the next step. If you’ve got the drive and the right foundation, we’ll help you build the rest.

• You’ve worked in banking or financial services and know how to build strong relationships.
• You’ve got lending experience and understand consumer credit.
• You’re RG146 certified (or on your way).
• You’ve got strong interpersonal skills—clients trust you, and colleagues love working with you.
• You’re ready to grow, lead, and make this role your own.
