This role is located at a distribution facility in Reeseville, WI.
What You’ll Do:
The Shipping Associate also known as International Fulfillment Associate I plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders from retail and wholesale partners. This position is responsible for picking, packing, palletizing, and documenting outbound shipments with precision and efficiency. The Associate I must consistently follow established processes, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe and organized work environment. Attention to detail and reliability are essential to meeting customer expectations and supporting overall operational success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Picks, packs, and palletizes orders in compliance with partner requirements, customs regulations, and international freight standards
- Operates a hand scanner to accurately scan units to assigned orders
- Utilizes company software to enter, track, and process customer orders
- Weighs case packs, master packs, and pallets to ensure accuracy
- Processes all internal and external documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Loads and unloads shipping containers, tractor-trailers, or other vehicles as required
- Communicates effectively with drivers during load pickups to ensure smooth operations
- Verifies product quality and ensures items are free of damage before shipping
- Prepares international shipping documentation in compliance with customs regulations
- Stages outbound shipments in designated areas for carrier pickup
- Monitors inventory levels and reports discrepancies or shortages
- Collaborates with supervisors and team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
- Identifies process inefficiencies and suggests improvements to enhance productivity
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring aisles and work areas are free of hazards
- Assists with training new team members on standard operating procedures
- Supports packaging optimization by selecting appropriate cartons, dunnage, and labeling for international shipments
- Follows established security procedures to prevent loss or theft of goods
- Operates material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and similar devices
- Participates in regular inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Actively engages in 5S activities (“Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain”) to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Demonstrates flexibility by assisting across different areas or departments as needed
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a shipping department, manufacturing, international shipping, or logistics environment is preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order-processing software
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in task execution
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced assembly and shipping environment
- Willingness to learn and gain exposure to different areas of the company
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Professional demeanor in a dynamic environment with frequent interactions and interruptions
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to motivate others
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues
- Comfortable working in an office environment with pets (cats and dogs).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and Calendar).
