Who We Are
The Global Performance Creative team leads the strategy, development, and optimization cycle of creative that powers our investment in paid media, focused on driving profitable business growth.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Global Performance Creative Strategy role is equal parts analytical and creative; bridging the gap between Performance and Brand marketing. This role will report to the VP, Integrated and Brand Marketing and will be focused on spearheading performance creative strategy to support our growth efforts and drive profitable member acquisition.
You will be responsible for overseeing our strategy/creative testing roadmap across all markets, paid channels, and platforms, owning relationships with our media and brand team counterparts, and leading deep analysis of performance data and subsequent creative optimizations. You will play a pivotal role in meeting our member acquisition targets, effectively balancing day-to-day creative optimizations with disruptive bigger swings.
A quick snapshot of your day-to-day impact:
- Oversee the performance creative strategy and testing roadmap across markets, channels, and platforms, partnering with the Manager, Global Performance Creative Operations to facilitate creative production.
- Own relationships with global media counterparts, mapping out content needs and prioritizing global cross-channel deliverables for the biggest impact to performance
- Author performance creative briefs and corresponding production playbooks in collaboration with Global Brand Marketing team, translating integrated marketing direction and key messages through the lens of performance best practices
- Lead global creative reporting and transform insights into codified cross-channel learnings and actionable next steps, including subsequent creative optimizations
- Stay on top of the always-evolving digital landscape, from competitor creative and social trends to emerging technology, and drive consistent creative ideation to create and capture demand
Who You Are
- Curious, creative, and performance-obsessed, backed by at least 5 years of growth marketing and people management experience, preferably within wellness, healthcare, and/or telehealth
- A strategist with the twin skills of a growth manager and a creative leader, experienced in tying creative insights to business performance
- A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable and secure in making decisions, enjoys and isn’t afraid to test and learn
- Able to operate at all altitudes within an organization, great at reading both people and rooms, and can adapt your operating style situationally
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
