To help us in achieving our plans we are looking for a Head Coach to join our team at Tennis World Millswood on a full-time basis.

About the role
This position is responsible for the effective implementation, growth, and development of the tennis coaching programs and complementary programs at Tennis World Millswood Tennis Centre. A primary focus is on the development and growth of participation in core coaching programs including Hot Shots, group lessons, Development Squads, Performance, Adult lessons and School groups.
In this role you will:
- Create, develop and uphold Tennis World coaching philosophy.
- Set individual coach benchmarks in consultation with coaching staff.
- Maintain standards of professionalism and excellence that reflect a high-performance culture.
- Plan and develop appropriate coaching programs across all segments for implementation at Millswood.
- Oversee and advise on developing appropriate training for coaches to increase their skills base.
- Lead and conduct internal programs to encourage ongoing participation and overall retention.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tennis Australia Certified Coach Status
- Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach (essential) & Tennis Australia High Performance Coach
(preferred) - Proven ability to develop and implement a high-performance tennis program for developmental and high performance tennis athletes.
- Previous delivery experience within Tennis Australia program pathway (preferred)
- International coaching and/or playing experience
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
