- Support the analysis and monitoring of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Create and optimize dashboards and reports in Excel and other tools
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the sales process
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to support decision-making
- Ask challenging questions that drive insights and impact
- Anticipate problems and propose fast and effective solutions
- Contribute to initiatives that improve sales efficiency and business growth
- Degree or Master’s in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related areas
- Previous professional experience not mandatory (internships or projects are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Excel (dashboards, advanced formulas, data analysis)
- Interest in CRM and Salesforce (previous experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resilience, curiosity, and ability to adapt quickly
- Critical thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
