Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with P&O stakeholders to gather and validate business and technology requirements.
  • Partner with DDIT and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with the P&O technology roadmap.
  • Design and configure systems to meet functional, compliance, and role-based access needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and validation processes for P&O systems.
  • Provide expert support during hypercare and BAU phases, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials and sessions for P&O teams.
  • Build dashboards and reports that drive insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Stay current on P&O technologies and trends to guide optimal system configurations.
  • Promote adoption of P&O tools and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, SOX, and internal P&O standards and practices.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in People & Organization systems or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with P&O technologies, especially Workday
  • Proven expertise in Workday implementation, configuration, and support
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, SAP HCM, Cornerstone, EdCast, Avature, Benify, and Gloat
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Strong understanding of compliance areas including GxP, data privacy, and system validation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global, matrixed environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Desirable Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ knowledge and experience with a range of P&O technologies and tools, especially Workday
