We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will partner closely with our Leadership team to support their recruitment activities across UK and Europe. You’ll play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the United Kingdom and the EU region.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source and screen candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage the candidate stages on ATS and follow the necessary workflows.
Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of 3-5 years as a recruiter, preferably in the UK/EU market.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UK/EU.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and GDPR
