What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to uncover operational challenges and identify high-impact AI opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Ideating and prioritizing AI use cases across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other domains to enhance ERP performance and decision-making.
- Leading proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate AI solutions, measure outcomes, and refine implementation strategies.
- Assessing the technical feasibility of AI solutions within existing ERP infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term viability.
- Designing a robust AI adoption framework that includes governance, data strategy, and integration pathways tailored to ERP systems.
- Translating complex technical insights into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
- Staying ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, continuously exploring their relevance to enterprise transformation.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a curious, adaptable, and forward-thinking AI professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology. You should bring:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong command of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and integration tools.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering for LLMs, Context Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and system integration.
- Experience with NLP, object detection, and deep learning frameworks.
- Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
