Rattaché(e) au responsable comptable, vous serez chargé(e) du contrôle des factures d’achats, de leur comptabilisation et du reporting inter compagnie trimestriel.
Vos missions
- Réceptionner, trier et répartir les factures fournisseurs au sein du service
- Vérifier et valider les factures dans le respect des règles internes de validation
- Procéder à la comptabilisation des factures dans l’ERP
- Solliciter un arbitrage en cas d’écart de prix ou de quantité
- Préparer les propositions de paiement
- Préparer et réaliser le reporting intragroupe trimestriel
- Classer
Votre profil
- De formation bac pro à BTS dans le domaine de la comptabilité ou expériences équivalentes
- Connaissances techniques : règles comptables françaises, opérations intragroupe, à l’aise avec l’outil Excel
- Bonnes notions en anglais
- Rigueur, précision
- Confidentialité
