Job Description:

Are you passionate about sales and helping others succeed? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our B2B sales team. In this hybrid role, you will dedicate approximately 30% of your time to direct sales activities (acquisition, reactivation, and retention) and 70% to supporting the training, development, and enablement of our account managers across Europe.

You will play a key role in driving revenue while also shaping the skills and success of our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and internal coaching environments.

Sales (30%)

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on acquisition, reactivation, and retention.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM.

Training & Development (70%)

  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for account managers at all levels (junior, mid, senior).
  • Collaborate with the Senior Training and Development Manager to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training content.
  • Support the rollout of sales training initiatives, including playbooks, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve training programs and materials.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent English. At least C1
  • Experience: B2B Sales Training, L&D, coaching, or sales enablement. Sales, preferably in account management, acquisition, or retention roles is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and eager to share knowledge.
  • Bonus points: Experienced with e-learning tools (content creation).
Additional Information:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., flexible.
