- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards.
- Execute and expand on the data & analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Expand analytics reporting capabilities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and present viable solutions to end users in business languages that none-technical people understand.
- Develop integrations with structured, unstructured, and third-party data sources.
- Identify opportunities to scale the company data available for descriptive and predictive analytics by automating critical processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure they are available in the Enterprise Data Warehouse for end-users.
- Attending multiple standing meetings per week to interact with users to gather requirements and feedback.
- Working with multiple teams and providing a level effort estimates on various development tasks to project management.
- Understand company requirements and how they translate into application features.
- Design creative proof of concepts according to specifications as needed/appropriate.
- Weekly planning, tracking and reporting to management.
- Available to provide after-hours and weekend coverage as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science or related field or combination of relevant education experience, and training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Be able to articulate business languages with upper managements and stakeholders. Be able to translate business requirements into software solutions.
- 3+ years of experience defining, building, releasing, and evangelizing Power BI dashboards or equivalent reporting platforms such as Tableau.
- 3+ years with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
- 3+ years of relevant experience with Power Platform development.
- 2+ years of experience in writing SQL.
- Ability to multi-task various projects and tasks with tight deliverables while keeping informed of existing and evolving development best practices, industry standards, and technologies.
- Experience developing canvas and model driven applications.
- Experiences in integrating custom applications with Power Platform solutions and various data sources, such as SQL databases, SharePoint, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Ability and design and update features based on client feedback.
- An eye for clean, easy to use, UI implementations.
- Maintain applications after implementation, including user support and upgrades.
- Prepare and update system and user documentation.
- Driven, flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently and successfully participate in a team environment.
- Ability to deliver engineering tasks on time and with high quality.
- Ability and willingness to convey technical concepts and solutions to non-technical team members
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments, multiple priorities, and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
- Active interest in staying current with standards, new developments, and best practices within the development industry
- Professional experience in analytic algorithms, and visualization layouts.
- Passionate about working with new technologies and solving difficult technical problems.
- Experience working in an agile software development environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications is a plus.
- Experiences in designing Azure Datawarehouse
- Experiences in building Azure Synapse Analytics pipelines
- Experiences in building custom applications using Power App.
- Experiences in building automations using Power Automate.
