The Opportunity: Implementation Manager


We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Implementation Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of Silo's platform for our new customers. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during the entire implementation process, from initial setup to a seamless "Go Live." This is a key position for building strong, long-term relationships and delivering immediate value to our customers.


This is a full-time, remote position.



What You'll Do


  • Lead all aspects of the customer onboarding journey, serving as the primary point of contact from kickoff to "Go Live."
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to guide customers through implementation.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions (both virtual and on-site) to ensure effective product adoption for a diverse range of users, from end-users to executives.
  • Monitor customer progress and platform usage to ensure a successful and timely implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Document and escalate customer needs, issues, and risks to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure a smooth and successful transition post-implementation.


Key Details


  • Salary: $70,000 base salary with a $10,000 performance-based bonus.
  • Location: This is a fully remote position.
  • Schedule: You’ll support implementations during customer operating hours, which are typically between 12:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. PST.
  • Workload: You will manage an average of 2–3 implementations per month, with each one lasting 1–2 days.

What We're Looking For


  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as implementation management, project management, customer onboarding, or customer success, preferably with a SaaS or ERP product.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective training and presentations to both non-technical end-users and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems, troubleshoot common issues, and effectively communicate with engineering and product teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
