JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
- Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.
- Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service.
- Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Responds to calls requesting the need for surveillance coverage.
- Conducts surveillance through the CCTV system utilizing the necessary equipment to observe, report and record procedural violations and unusual activities.
- Communicates violations in a timely manner to appropriate supervisory personnel and follows up with accurate and detailed documentation.
- Prepares additional reports when applicable.
- Conducts digital video reviews as assigned.
- Documents equipment malfunctions. Responsible for accurate and efficient operation of procedures within designated department.
- Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
- Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, telephone, computer, copier, digital surveillance system equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Availability to work scheduled work days, 7 days a week, varied work schedules and holidays.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
- Ability to bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp as needed.
- Must be able to work in station assignments with limited space, high volumes, diverse clientele, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
- Must be able to sit for at least a full eight (8)-hour shift.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in casino surveillance preferred.
- Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid Missouri Gaming license.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
- Must complete all required company training.
