We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations (e.g., Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Profitability & Cost Management).
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and testing cycles.
- Manage risks, issues, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, data security, and audit requirements.
- Provide regular status updates to executive sponsors and steering committees.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software projects, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle EPM.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, Agile, or Oracle certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Hyperion or legacy EPM systems.
- Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and close processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
