Schedule: In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day

Overview: 

In this 10-week specialized program, you will be working in our E-Commerce division and will be exposed to the fundamentals of retail and wholesale businesses.

E-commerce Intern Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Build selling and return reports, and analyze data to ensure growth for RAA and our Retailers 
  • Assist in new item setups for Haggar.com, Amazon, Kohls.com, Target.com, and more major retailers including product setup, content/copy creation, product image uploads, promotions, and website QA 
  • Assist in UGC/sample review process 
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to assist with creative briefs for marketing campaigns, building and QA emails, social ads, and social calendar 
  • Conduct retailer website audits of existing content to maximize user experience and conversions, ensuring all platforms are used as strategically as possible. 
  • Work closely with creative, sales, and marketing teams to monitor the performance of custom digital elements and help boost performance 
  • Maintain sample photography shot lists and conduct sample tracking 
  • Participate and collaborate in internal and external meetings and projects 

Project

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
  • Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks)
  • Thrives in collaborative settings and understands the value of cross-functional alignment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Looking to gain hands-on experience
