You possess an operational mindset and the ability to analyze complex data to define a clear path forward for new products. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are excited by the challenge of solving difficult problems.
What You’ll Do
As the Product Manager, Internal Products, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, growth, and effectiveness of our internal product suite. Your initial focus will be on a critical project to create a single source of truth for all customer data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Inventory & Organization: Lead the effort to identify, document, and catalog all our data assets across the organization. This includes creating a comprehensive inventory of data sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and applications.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term product strategy for our internal tools, starting with a new centralized data platform.
- Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in current workflows by replacing manual data entry from spreadsheets and text files with streamlined solutions.
- RFP/RFI Management: Drive the RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) processes for new internal tools when requested by an internal sponsor. You will partner with teams, such as Compliance, to assist with tool selection and ensure the chosen solution aligns with business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between engineering, operations, business teams, and external vendors. Ensure new products meet the needs of all users and departments.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with internal-facing products or enterprise software.
- Experience in product management, particularly with internal-facing products or enterprise software.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale projects, from strategy development to implementation.
- Experience with data inventory and data management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Extremely strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain genuine relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the payments industry.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL.
The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
