ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Hawaiʻi Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in Account Management with a focus on driving revenue and supporting our retail partners. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional support, engage with customers, and help facilitate the entire sales process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own account relationships & cadence: Serve as the day-to-day contact; run bi-weekly check-ins, answer inquiries quickly, and keep every door current on assets, pricing, promos, ETAs.
  • Seasonal sell-in & pre-book: Manage line reviews, pre-book deadlines, late adds; distribute updated line sheets; capture pre-books in NuOrder; submit clean, compliant POs with confirmed routing/terms.
    At-Once sales acceleration (ATS): Weekly, ATS/inbound for opportunities, target the right doors/SKUs, push reorders and micro-campaigns, and deploy levers (staff contests, display audits/fixes, education spiffs, in-store pop-ups); track lift.
  • In-store merchandising & education: Ensure displays are on-brand and beautiful (incl. “stuff the bags” standard), verify pricing/signage, and train staff on features, care, and the ALOHA brand story.
  • Back-end order file management: Enter/validate ATS & pre-book orders (NuOrder/NetSuite); keep a single source of truth with all required fields complete, changes tracked, and accurate status codes/notes.
  • Inventory, allocation & subs: Align orders to on-hand/inbound; recommend substitutes when needed; manage backorders and holds; communicate timing clearly to accounts.
  • Logistics & 3PL coordination: Release to 3PL; track pick/pack/ship to a 3–5 business day SLA; handle exceptions proactively and keep partners informed.
  • Issue resolution & compliance: Own credits, damages, shortages, and missing packages end-to-end; ensure routing/ticketing/pack-and-hold compliance and close root-causes with 3PL/Planning.
  • Data, reporting & CRM health: Log all touchpoints in HubSpot within 24 hours; publish a concise weekly pipeline (pre-book, At-Once, risks) and monthly recap (wins, actions, new opps).
  • Prospecting & onboarding (support): Qualify inbound leads; set up new customers in systems; share how-to-order/assets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Customs, Corporate Gifting to enable smooth launches, fixtures, promos, and flawless fulfillment.
  • Share the ALOHA: Be a brand ambassador in all interactions—build trust, grow space, and drive sustained sell-through.

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1 to 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a support or inside sales role.
  • Detail-oriented, and a desire to exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience working within G-Suite and Microsoft programs
