Territory Manager – Georgia Market
LOCATION
Remote – Based in Georgia (North Atlanta area) with daily travel throughout the state, focusing primarily on Atlanta and surrounding markets.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth in the Atlanta and North Georgia HVAC market The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven B2B sales success in the HVAC supply industry, a strong customer network, and a passion for building relationships.
This role is best suited for a high performer who is forward-thinking, innovative, enthusiastic, and ambitious. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems for customers, and has a consultative sales style that creates long-term partnerships.
MARKET FOCUS
The Territory Manager will focus on developing and expanding relationships with:
- New Construction Contractors
- Commercial (Mechanical/Fabrication)
- Industrial
- Multi-Family
- Residential (Mechanical/Fabrication)
- Change-out/Replacement & Service Contractors
- Commercial
- Residential
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
- Commercial Roofing
- Contractors
- Fabricators
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct 5–8 customer visits per day with key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales, gross profit, and other assigned objectives.
- Prospect for new accounts/customers and help develop market strategies.
- Build strong, long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and consultative support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping improve their profitability while expanding Conklin’s wallet share.
- Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts through weekly or bi-weekly follow-ups.
- Provide product and solution training to customers.
- Partner with leadership (Regional Manager, Director of Sales, VP of Sales) to develop strategies for growth.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
- Participate in vendor trainings, sales meetings, trade shows, and business associations.
- Travel with vendor reps every 3–4 weeks for joint customer visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales success in the HVAC supply industry preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hunter mentality.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving new business.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM/data entry systems.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
