POSITION SUMMARY


The Partner Services Coordinator will professionally represent Uniworld Boutique River Cruises. This position will become the point of contact for the Sales team which includes Strategic Account Managers and Sales Leadership. Responsible for nurturing and growing an assigned portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities, and supporting the overall team with administrative duties related to the Sales team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support assigned Strategic Account Managers with day-to-day field sales needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating client records and lists in Longitude and Salesforce, including notes regarding group business, other potential opportunities, and any relevant changes.
  • Update agency and agent details including online portal access and/or trouble any existing issues.
  • Assist in new agent/new agency registration and Uniworld University.
  • Responsible for sales phone calls, emails, and fostering client relationships to proactively drive sales.
  • Assist our partners with Marketing collateral material to help promote our brand.
  • Update agency consortium affiliations.
  • Review all assigned inboxes daily and action requests accordingly.
  • Address all incoming Sales calls/requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding Travel Agent bookings on select departures.
  • Provide consistent feedback to the Manager of Partner Services on partner issues and/or suggestions that are frequently requested.
  • Work on Ad Hoc projects such as reporting, competitive analysis, and/or other sales related projects as required.
  • Assist Account Managers on agent training as needed.
  • Work on other duties as assigned to best support agency sales and the brand. 

Requirements

ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • Must be proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Must possess excellent communication (written and oral) with internal stakeholders and partners. 
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

  • 2+ years in Travel preferred
  • Sales and Marketing experience is desirable

  • Work Location: Hybrid (office & remote) in Calabasas, CA - details to be agreed with line manager
