About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. The RN Supervisor plays a key leadership role in coordinating daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $96,000 per year. Compensation is based on years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and coordinating the daily operations of the Patient Call Center/ACC/Clinical Support RN Departments
- Recommends hiring of, orienting, and training of staff
- Evaluates the performance of staff in conjunction with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations
- Responsible for ensuring the clinic’s compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Responsible for implementing, planning, and evaluating educational information with the assistance of the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
- Currently licensed in Minnesota with renewal of license as required by state law
- 1+ years of supervisor experience required
- Experience with telephone triage and or anticoagulation principles beneficial but not required
- This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of nursing principles, policies, and procedures
