The TEMPORARY Email Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Assistant Email Manager, will be responsible for the execution of Food Brands email marketing communications from setup, to testing, to launch, to post deployment analysis, and optimization. Own all aspects of email production:

• Conduct thorough assessments of all email creative to guarantee adherence to established email content policies.
• Manage the email process, including creation of assets, testing, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Verify the accurate exchange of data and content within email communications.
• Coordinating and organizing digital assets for email campaigns.
• Ensuring that daily email activities are completed and within timelines.
• Quality assurance/flawless execution to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct.
• Collaborating with other team members to execute emails.
• Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies.
• Assist in new marketing projects/initiatives as necessary.
• Fill ad-hoc requests on an ongoing basis.
