Doctolib is looking for you for an internship in the Patient Engagement Department for our office in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing and optimizing our global Patient Engagement Strategy that spans across various touchpoints of the patient marketing funnel. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decisions and enhancing engagement strategies through insightful analytics and reports.

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports that track Patient Engagement metrics across CMS, SEO and CRM activities. Provide actionable insights that can lead to content and campaign optimization and improved ROI.
• Visualization Tools: proficiency in tools such as Chat GPT, Google Analytics & Trends, Brandwatch, Tableau, Metabase, Excel/Gsheet or similar.
• Process Coordination: Bring your actionable insights into action by overseeing and suggesting improvements to existing processes. 
• Research and Support: Provide ongoing insight and support to Patient Engagement team members on analytics, ensuring data-driven decision making across the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, CRM, local Marketing, GTM, Data and Product Design departments to ensure alignment with the overarching Patient Engagement strategy

You could be our next team mate if you:

• have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• gathered first experience in Marketing Research and Analytics, or in Campaign Management. 
• have experience in campaign management and understanding of the marketing funnel, from initial touchpoints to conversion, including the application of KPIs and respective OKRs.
• have proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Brandwatch, Amplitude, Hubspot, Tableau, Metabase, Excel/Gsheet or similar. Also first experience with building prompts for ChatGPT or similar LLM software. 
• have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

• speak with fluency French (or Italian)
• have experience in agency
• are familiar with healthcare industry
• have coding/data languages experience
• have online tracking understanding
