Your Tasks
- Support for the Product Manager in day-to-day reporting and data product management
- Organization and structuring of tasks, projects, and documentation (e.g., notes, planning, deadlines)
- Proactive communication with stakeholders (suppliers, internal teams), including clarity and follow-ups via email and meetings
- Contribution of ideas and initiative through issue resolution and stakeholder engagement
- Execution of simple SQL queries (BigQuery) for reporting support, data validation, and customer/supplier request analysis
- Provision of analytics insights for a more data-driven Retail Media team
- Monitoring of product performance, feedback collection, and support for improvements
- Preparation of presentations, meeting notes, and reports for internal and external use
Your Profile
- Currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Management, Data Analytics, or related field
- Prior internship or working student experience in product management, business analysis, or similar (advantage)
- Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms (advantage, not requirement)
- Fluency in English; German language skills as a plus
- Strong communication skills: confident in writing emails, summarizing discussions, and engaging with stakeholders
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented with a “hands-on” mentality
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on responsibilities without constant supervision
- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferably in BigQuery)
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
