•    (NRP) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification (obtain by end of Will Train Program, offered within)
•    Demonstrated skills in I.V. administration and telemetry monitoring
•    (Preferred) TNCC, ENPC, and PALS certifications
•    (Preferred) Recent (within last 3 years) Critical Care or Emergency RN experience
•    Demonstrated skills in ventilator care and IV starts (required by the end of the Will Train Program)
•    (De-escalation) - Completion of an approved De-escalation Certification Course (obtained by the end of the Will Train Program)

•    Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
•    (BSN) – A Bachelor of Science in Nursing
•    (RN) - Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
•    (BLS) - Current Basic Life Support certification
•    CCHC Pharmacology Exam (successfully passed)
•    Demonstrated skills in I.V. administration and telemetry monitoring
•    Recent clinical experience (within the last 2 years) as an Emergency Center Technician, EMT, LPN, RN, or nurses’ aide is required.
•    Demonstrated skills in IV administration, IV starts, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring (required by the end of the RN Residency & Transition Program)
•    (De-escalation) - Completion of an approved De-escalation Certification Course (obtained by the end of the RN Residency & Transition Program)

•    (ACLS) – Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (obtain by end of Residency & Transition Program, offered within)
